The Expert Staff at Traditions of Lebanon

Our days are filled with important duties and routines. Yet human connection takes precedence over the necessities of our job descriptions every time. You are why we're here.

We bring varied backgrounds and skills to our roles, but we are all here to love and support you.

Elizabeth (Beth) Deupree

Executive Director: Elizabeth (Beth) Deupree

Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology from The College of Mount St. Joseph and has more than 30 years experience in Long-term Care. Since working in the gift shop of a local nursing home at the age of 15, Beth continued to serve the residents she came to love for more than 10 years as a prep cook, server, housekeeper, in medical records, as a Certified Nursing Assistant, then Administrator in Training.

“My heart is here with our residents. I make it a mission to ensure that each person receives the care and support they need, while maintaining as much independence as possible. I love to share a meal with them as often as I can. There's something really special about 'breaking bread' together. This is an amazing generation of people, and we're here to help them find happiness and comfort in their new home.” Beth is blessed to have two wonderful children, a 16-year-old son, Carter, and a 14-year-old daughter, Remi. She is engaged to be married in July to David Fabian and thrilled to be adding four wonderful 'bonus children' to her life: 15-year old Owen, 14-year old Renee, 12-year-old Jacob and seven-year-old Grace.

Monique Campbell

Community Relations Director: Monique Campbell

Monique has been an LPN for 31 years and an advanced EMT for a decade. Her entire career has been dedicated to geriatrics in every facet, from independent and assisted living to memory care, skilled nursing, home care and liaison roles.

"I love helping elders to live the best quality of life possible. I feel very strongly that you treat people the way you would like to be treated and the way you would want your family members to be treated. Patience, honesty and empathy are key. We love having fun, too! We like to say that we work in our residents' homes, not that they live where we work. If you want to be a part of a beautiful, fun, extended-family environment, come join us!"

Monique is married with four children, three step children and seven grandkids.

David Swigart

Maintenance Director: David Swigart

David studied accounting, architecture and construction at Sinclair Community College. He has been a Licensed Journeyman Plumber with the City of Dayton since 2004 and a Maintenance Director for nearly a decade.

"A good friend led me to this close-knit and personable senior community. I truly enjoy the satisfaction of fixing things and overcoming challenges. It is very gratifying to help others and to be an integral part of a thriving community. This generation has sacrificed and poured into people like me, and I treasure being around and learning from our wise and seasoned residents."

David was born and raised in Centerville and is the youngest of four. His four children brought the total number of grandchildren for his parents to 13, and David's oldest just made him a grandpa this past Easter.
