Decision Toolkit

What's Best for You?

Moving is a life-changing transition and there is a lot to consider. We are here to support you in person, over the phone and online with resources that help you weigh the pros and cons of staying in your current home or finding a new one designed to meet your changing needs. You can even get some of the questions we hear most answered here.

Is this the right fit for you?

This is your decision. But if we can help you feel more secure in your decision and even more comfortable in your new home, it would be an honor.

Independent Living

Experience maintenance-free living in your own private cottage and as part of a lovely, secure community. Stay close to friends and a host of social, recreational, spiritual and educational activities. You can even add assisted living services of choice without leaving your new home.

Assisted Living

Enjoy the people, places and things you’ve always loved with the peace of mind that comes from knowing our licensed nursing staff is on-site 24 hours a day. Your personalized service plan includes any ongoing assistance you may need with daily care and activities, leaving everything else in your capable hands.

Memory Care

Each senior with Alzheimer's and related memory impairments has a unique life story, something that is very important to how we care for him or her. Behavior-Based Ergonomics Therapy (BBET) relies on the things we learn about your loved one to comfort and connect with them in a warm and nurturing environment.

How We Can Help

You are probably here because you're looking for information and peace of mind. We'd like to help you find it.

Maybe you're searching for the feeling of community and a chance to meet friends who will share your interests, a good laugh or a pan of brownies. Someplace that's comfortable, safe and secure, near family, with little to no maintenance. Or maybe you've noticed it's harder to navigate stairs, to do laundry, run errands, cook, shower or keep track of medications. You may have realized that helping a parent or spouse do these things is becoming more difficult for you. You're probably wondering what options are available, if they're right for you and your family and where to begin.

Begin by taking stock of your needs, what's important to you and what would make your life richer and more fulfilling. Then find these things and more at Lebanon, a warm, safe and friendly senior living community that promotes independence, dignity and well being for its residents.

RESIDENTS AND FAMILIES COME TO OUR COMMUNITY BECAUSE THEY NEED ANSWERS TO THEIR QUESTIONS, SAFETY, ASSISTANCE AND CARE. THIS IS ASSUMED, SOMETHING EVERYONE EXPECTS. BUT WE'VE DISCOVERED THAT QUALITY OF LIFE IS MAXIMIZED WHEN WE FOCUS ON MAKING THEM HAPPY.

I would highly recommend this place. Staff is the friendliest I have ever been around. The wellness director, Leanne and the front desk, Kelly greets everyone with a smile and genuinely cares about every resident and their families. Great, clean, bright atmosphere!

Dear Sherrie, I can’t thank you enough for literally getting my mom’s apartment ready for her to move! You went above and beyond to help me out. I’ll be forever grateful. I ordered 2 pillows, an extra set of sheets and extra pillow cases for mom. I’ll drop them off when I receive the shipment. Traditions is lucky to have your expertise when it comes to warmth and kindness. I feel confident mom will benefit as well! Blessings.

Because Traditions of Lebanon is brand new, everything was sparkling clean. We saw the independent living places and then we saw the cafeteria and all that kind of stuff. We saw the little duplexes. It was brand new, and nobody else has been in it. It was very nice and very upscale. The staff was very helpful and gave me all kinds of information. You got one meal a day with their independent living and they had a little bar, a little cinema room, a nice little cafeteria, and a dog park.

After reaching an age of inability to care for and keep up the 2600 sq. foot house, 20 acres of land and assorted house hold and farm equipment, my husband and I decided it was time to down size. Receiving a flyer from Traditions of Lebanon at the Lebanon YMCA, we immediately sought out information of this style of living. Management of Traditions offered several possibilities to make our move simple to easy. We chose to use Relocations Planners which sold our property, disposed of items unable to move and actually moved us into a villa of Traditions of Lebanon. We have found the independent living facility, Management, staff, Chefs and food of Traditions of Lebanon be excellent, as well as the other residents. We have already made some good friends.— Highly recommend.

We have been very happy with Traditions of Lebanon so far, the staff members are super friendly and actually show genuine concern about the residents well being. They make sure they are comfortable and are on top of their medication, they are not afraid to ask questions either. We don't have much feedback regarding the meals and dining service, from what we have heard the meals sound great but they are not yet allowing the families to eat with the residents in the dining hall. The families however can eat with their loved ones in their own room. Based on the activities schedule it seems like they have quite a lot to offer, our loved one is getting out more and socializing - she just seems brighter. We would recommend this community to others.
