Levels of Care
Level of Care (LOC) generally refers to the amount of assistance an individual will need with the activities of daily living (ADL), as well as the management of one’s health. Traditions offers 7 levels of care, providing unparalleled flexibility for our residents.
Our community nurse provides an assessment using a standard point system to develop a specialized Service Plan for the resident. The goal is to develop a plan for the resident to meet all their specific needs – the points accumulated link to the Level of Care.
A Personalized Approach to Memory Care
Every senior has a unique life story, a rich tapestry of memories they hold dear. If you or your spouse should ever find yourselves living with Alzheimer’s or other age-related dementias, The Varietas® Memory Care Program enables our expert Memory Care team to understand your needs, special memories, and unique qualities, guiding the personalized care, comfort, and connection you receive in our Memory Care neighborhood. No one wants to lose their sense of independence. Our team will help you make the right choice for you, your spouse, and your family while maintaining the critical familial connections and respecting the traditions that make you unique.
